Shipments and returns


We ship our items using a variety of couriers including TNT, Palletways (pallet distribution network) as well as our own vans. They are usually dispatched within two days after receipt of payment. We will include details of who will be delivering your parcel and tracking details (if available) when we confirm dispatch to you.

We operate from Monday to Friday, 9am to 5.30pm, excluding Bank Holidays. For orders placed over a weekend or on a Bank Holiday we will dispatch this item on the next working day to reach you within the timeframes outlined above.

Delivery locations and exceptions

We ship to all areas of the UK. For outlying areas we will try to deliver to the timeframes above, but there may be some occasions when there might be a delay. In these circumstances we will contact you to let you know and keep you updated at all times.

Requirements to sign for delivery

Most of our deliveries require a signature, but our couriers are flexible and will follow your instructions if you are unable to be present to sign for delivery. They will follow the instructions as left on a signed note on the door.

Missed delivery

If we try to deliver and you are not available our courier will leave a calling card to advise you about what to do next. All of our couriers will attempt a further two deliveries before the items are returned to us and you may be able to pick up your item from your local depot if this is more convenient. If you would like us to help rearrange your delivery, please let us know.

Returns & Cancellation

We are happy to accept returns for all of our products, however, due to hygiene reasons, we can not accept returns for mattresses. All returns need to be agreed to by us first, so we know to expect it, so please get in touch with us before you send anything back.
Once we've received the item(s) and have inspected them, we will issue a refund of the purchase price.

Charges for returns

If you change your mind and wish to return your item you will need to pay for the cost of return. Of course, if the item you have received is damaged or faulty, we will replace these parts under our 5 year warranty, or either cover the cost of the return or arrange for a collectioin by a courier.>

Most of our smaller items can be returned using the Royal Mail, however our larger items will need to be returned by courier. If this is the case we estimate the cost of courier returns to be approximately £40 depending on your location. For change of mind returns you can either arrange your own courier or we can arrange for our courier to collect from you. If you choose this option we will deduct the cost of the return from your refund.

Returns guidelines

Please let us have any original packaging, tabs, labels and accessories, and please package it all securely. If you’re returning an item because you’ve changed your mind, there may be a deduction from your refund if it has been damaged, opened more than necessary to check it’s working, or used more than reasonably expected.

You can choose any method you like to return your item to us, but please make sure all the parts are packaged up i.e. no wood showing. Couriers tend not to accept the items otherwise

Is your purchase faulty or damaged?

We do our best to make sure everything works perfectly, but if it doesn’t, please contact us. Should you be unfortunate enough to receive a faulty or damaged or faulty item, please inform us as soon as possible. We will need you to provide us with images of the damage, so we can determine exactly which parts need to be replaced. Since all our products come with a manufacturer's five year parts guarantee, so you can sleep easy.
