All products are individually handled and delivered with a smile.

All deliveries will be pre-arranged with customers to ensure someone is there to receive it.


Delivery/collection table price

a minimum of £ 45.00 will be charged should we need to collect, arrange for collection or process any return products. Furthermore, collection of either returns or faulty goods will have to be pre-arranged with Brasilian Imports.net design and a quote for the collection,arragement for the collection or processing the return will be informed to customers. No payments for returns will be made unless authorized by Brasilian Imports.net.


No refundable items

nr - no return on this products

failure to notify Brasilian Imports.net of any damage to these products prior to assembly will negate any guarantee. Regrettably any damaged items which are assembled will not be exchanged.

All products which are clearly identified by this symbol "nr" please note that we reserve the right not to automatically refund products. We reserve the right to levy a reasonable charge to cover the cost of putting them back into a saleable condition.

In addition to your right to reject faulty goods, in respect to most orders by phone or online, the law gives you 7 working days to change your mind or cancel an order. There are some exceptions, inlcuding: goods made to your specifications; goods which, by reason of their nature, cannot be returned or are liable to deteriorate rapidly.

If you decide to cancel, you need to inform us within 7 working days after the day of which you receive the goods. You must take care of the goods and either return them to us or make them available to be collected. You will have to pay for the cost of returning goods but we will offset against that cost the refund of any delivery charges. Customer service

cared for - directly to your door. When using either Brasilian Imports.net free delivery or Brasilian Imports.net express service, your product is cared for until it reaches your house. We deliver products to your door. We suggest that you make your own arrangements to have them carried to your room or up the stairs.
